When I tell you they work for their client, I mean it. The team currently working on my case are efficient, though and extremely patient because I know I can be a lot . Lol. They don't treat you like you're just a client. They are actively involved in getting you the help you need to get you back on your feet. Wanted to update my review now that my case has been resolved. Joe, Leslie and Lynn have been amazing in handling my case. Months later I still feel like more than just a client and potential income. They were supportive in my life's challenges, even sent me a card after a surgery I had, they also celebrated in my life's joys and sent my daughter a card upon her graduation from high school.
