Honestly I will have to say that these cottages are awesome sauce. I was looking at the reviews and I was seeing some people saying negative things about the cottages. This is an secure nice old d ditch a gate code . I’ve never had any problems while staying at this location . The beds are very comfortable. I stayed in a one bedroom with my son and he absolutely loves it . They have Netflix that's already login. Two TVs one in the room & one in the living room. They have dishes already in place with you . Vicki the owner is great responder . Anytime I get a place there. She reply’s back in a timely manner with my cottage number and letting me know where I could find keys . Check out is at 9 and if you need to more towels you have to request in the morning. When housekeeping is there. I’ve never had a problem with locks or with the door . Everything is pretty safe and secure . I’ve never walked into a dirty cottage or anything of that nature.

I enjoyed my stay here. Once you arrive they have a welcome card and the layout is nice. The entrance is the sitting area next to the kitchen area into the bathroom with bedroom. Nice stay for the weekend.

I ABSOLUTELY love this place! It's adorable. Yeah, bad area, but it's in a gated community. My fiance and I booked the weekend for our anniversary. We think this is a great place to come back to every year! Better than a basic hotel room ANY DAY!!!

Whoever decided to turn a little mobile home park into a little hotel, is a genius. I've only been in two of the many units they have on the property. And from what I can see from the outside, I'm sure that every little mobile home is different. There are one, two and three bedroom units available also there is one with a loft as well. Great experience. The only thing I can complain about is the check out. Most p,aces, check out is at 11 am. Check out here is at 9 am, but they don't seem to rush anyone out. Management is very respectful, keel their distance and respect our privacy. Highly recommend, for the experience alone, the price and everything about it, 100% worth the money.
