I would call and speak with Vicki. I know she has some permanent residents, but mostly uses the cottages for short term/extended stay type rental. Hope this helps.
Yes, Ashley is correct. But the longer you stay, the cheaper it is. My sister stayed there for 7 months and her monthly rent was quite reasonable.
