Great customer service. Sam is great and very knowledgeable. Even though they’re really busy, they handled everyone professionally and fast. Not to mention that they actually have large inventory. Comparing to almost every gun store I’ve been to in 30 miles radius.

First time gun buyer, I had two Steve's help me today and both were very helpful and patient with me. Helped guide me to find a gun within my budget and purpose. Showed me what to look for and very helpful through the first time process. Never felt pressured on being sold on anything specific . Gave a very good comparison of guns to hold and how they different from pros and cons. Would highly recommend coming here again for the very helpful staff and excited to get my new guns!

I have been buying guns for years and never had bad service until today. I ask for the hellcat and sig 365xl which the guy wouldn't even answer me unitl i showed him my law enforcement id and state id. He wouldn't answer any of my question on the gun and when i ask for a price he said he had to take both guns back when he checked the price. In the middle of looking at the guns he took both back and said he had to go and work the cash register. The price was great but I'll never send my money there again Thanks for responding to my review. i have no problem with checking ids waiting for my number to be called part of business, but the problem is the way i was treated at the counter

Can't use the phone inside the store so you can't look up prices at other places. The only policy we have with regards to cell phone use is no video or pictures within our storefront. This protects the identities of our customers, employees and ensures that unique serial numbers of firearms are not available on the web. With regards to your firearm, I looked up our records and the firearm you purchased was received directly from the manufacturer brand new. You are given an opportunity to inspect the gun and request a different one at the time of sale prior to the background check. Sometimes new guns come with a defect from the manufacturer, we cannot always find them so we always recommend the customer inspect the gun before initiating paperwork. We would be more than glad to get in touch with our Manufacturer rep to see if there is any assistance that the factory can provide. With regards to pricing, all of our prices are based off the price we pay and what the manufacturer requires pricing to be put at. Sometimes other shops have an internal sale or a blowout deal on an item that we cannot offer that same sales price on. More often than not though, other shops may not have the item in stock or are doing a very limited sale. If we can be of further assistance, please let us know.
