I have been a butcher for 42 years .I work for a major grocery chain I raise my own live.stock.tried this business for the first time. Very highly impressed with quality of work .Restaurant quality.cuts .found a new location for my personal needs...

Do you slaughter and processed live chickens and turkey for individual person? I raised chickens, geese, and turkeys but I can't processed them myself.
