I was treated with such care and respect...from the front desk to the nurse to the dr to check out...everyone there gave me great care. 100% recommend! Thank you!

This was my first time at an urgent Care and if I am ever in need again I will go to this one. From the moment I opened the door it was a very good experience. It was so clean and nice. The lady behind the desk was so friendly, understanding and helpful. I was in so much pain and she was so understanding. The doctor was also very nice to me. They got me in and out as soon as possible.

Each time the staff is awesome as works so hard to get you in and out as fast as possible. They are so attentive and get down to the problem usually fairly quick and have you on your way. Last Sunday (7/3) was no exception. They only had a total of three ladies on staff but they didn't skip a beat..

We visited this urgent care this past weekend due to a sick 5 yr old. Being that it was Sunday and a holiday weekend we made a choice to stop and be seen while traveling. I will say the staff was welcoming and we were seen right away. When we got into the room, I explained my son was non- verbal and on the autism spectrum, which I had also told the front desk at checked in. When the Dr came in we went through my son's Symptoms which I kinda already knew what was wrong. My son is hyper sensitive and does not allow a lot of touch. He did let the Dr listen to his breathing but when it came time to check his ears I could tell the Dr was getting a little frustrated. I even asked him if he has seen any children on the Autism spectrum which he replied no, not a lot. My son Unfortunately will not take medicine, so we had to have 2 shots, this where things could have gone different. The lady who checked us in at the front desk came in with the shots, I asked if these could be done at the same time, one in each leg but she said she would have to do one and then the other. Now there was another nurse who came in to get his temp and vitals earlier so I know there were 2 other people, plus the dr who could have come to help with these shots but they didn't. Instead, we had to hold our child down to get the 2nd shot b/c he knew it was coming. Any parent who has been to a well child checkup knows when they have to get 2 shots, then 2 nurses come in the room and tag team so to speak. It was an extremely Traumatic event for my son and Nightmare as a parent. I did leave 3 stars b/c they did help us but I really encourage all staff to be trained on dealing with patients with special needs. I work in healthcare and your bedside manner truely sets the tone and mood for your patients. Please be more understanding to patients needs on the spectrum and the parents as well.
