I show up to the Summerville location and the lights are off, there's no one here. I have a confirmation number but no way to get a complete ticket. Seems like a racket to get rescheduling fees. Worst place ever. There's not even a sign or much parking.

No you can buy a ticket at the gas station. The little box office is near the back of the store once you walk in.
