Waiver or not for the play area, customer saftey is paramount. Can't believe staff seemed like they were bothered they had to inform a special needs child's parents their kid was about to get hit in the parking lot. Thank God that little girl intervened when she did. If a business has anything to do with kids, better safety measures should be in place.

My kids loved it here. The place was very clean. The policy was simple for booking the venue. Also, the play area was very friendly for all ages of kids.
