You physically have to call as you cannot get a quote unless you speak to an agent a train reservations that you do make they tell you to be there 1 hour ahead of time what they don't tell you is 99% of the time the train is running 1 hour late at minimum be ready to sit bring food drink and some type of medication to knock you out
