Fine for what we needed, a one night stop on our way up I-5. We tried to enjoy outside when it cooled off, but so did a ton of cockroaches. Lots of these little guys crawling around the ground.

This place was great for what I needed. Passing through and needed a reset after boondocking. Staff were so nice and helpful. Filled the propane tanks, large newer front load washer and dryers, pool, clean bathrooms and showers! Easy to navigate with large trailers. Huge dumpster for trash and recycling. Full hookups. They even have a little store that sells random stuff you probably need! Didn’t even hear the freeway noise.

We just stayed the night and spaces are large and clean, wifi not great tho however the only issue I can see and this does take away from the clean look in the park is the full timers need to clean up there spaces, weeds, grass. junk . This is a nice quiet place otherwise

Update 12/21- Still a great place to stay, and the pool is all cleaned up😁 Great place to stop off I-5 for the nite.Easy acess to I-5, Staff is very friendly and helpful. Sites are graveled, all pull thru's, driving area is all paved. Park was quiet and had street lites ! They have a pool ,but it needed cleaning. There are some full timers but I didn't see really any super trashy areas. Wifi was slow. I would come back here again . There are some fast food places near by and fuel also.

We have a couple end cap sites where tent camping is okay. However they are RV sites, all gravel, and you'd be next to an RV.
Monthly rates include water, sewer and basic internet. The rates are $525/month plus electric for short sites, $550/month plus electric for regular length sites and $580/month plus electric for long sites. We have new commercial washers and dryers and a newly remodeled shower house. Pools are open April to October. Give us a call at (559) 935-0711 and we'd be happy to provide more details and let you know which sites are currently available. We also have weekly rates which include electric and range from $225 to $275 per week.
Many State employees park their trailers here during the year and live elsewhere, some spots may be taken but not by full time residents. Usually half empty when I've been there.
