Sometimes I plan mid week field trips with friends. Small little breaks from regular life are essential. On one such adventure we ended up near Coalinga looking for food. We both saw the word diner and decided, omg...yes! So glad we did! Great food, still has that authentic diner atmosphere, nice staff, clean, inexpensive...I mean c'mon! If you wanna be transported back to a simplier time ( minus all the trappings of uncomfortability) this is your rest stop people!

“The cafe attracted an unusual idea of the interior and the name. After viewing the menu, the desire to visit it immediately appeared. The place is very calm and pleasant. The staff is very polite, professional and with a good sense of humor)

Who says you can't enjoy eating low-carb? Mother Lode Omelette (3-egg omelette stuffed with crispy bacon, mushroom, tomato, & cheese, topped with avocado) with a side of fruit and an unsweetened ice tea. 🤤 Thank you Cafe 101! 😊 My breakfast was delicious! ❤
