I stayed at this place for nearly 3 years. I left in March 2021 due to roaches, poor management, and maintenance. It was nice living there at first when Shante was in the office. She was strict people followed the rules and it was a comfortable environment and a good place to live. I didn't let my kids go outside much because other people kids and there behavioral problems.

I really don't know. U gonna have to call them and see sorry. I don't know nothing about them apartments. I live in Bradford Apartments and these apt is a waste dump seriously. I trying to find me another place to live. But it's so hard right now.

You must make two and a half times the rent in income each month and not exceed the annual gross income limits set by Dorchester County in order to qualify.
