I really wanted to like living at Cooper's Ridge...but there is so much NOT to like about the experience there. At first the management team was great about moving in last minute after another apartment fell through the day I was supposed to move in, but things quickly went downhill. The pool was constantly closed due to damages from guests or residents. There was always a massive pile of trash around the trash compactor. The first night after I moved into the apartment I spent in a hotel as furniture had not arrived yet, came back the following morning to discover someone had gone into the apartment and taken a number of things including the pots and pans, bags of personal stuff and dug through the other boxes. The security gates never worked, and then the day before we were informed they would be activated someone literally ran them down. The smell of pot is always present on the property. I never felt safe outside of the apartment at night due to a ton of hoodlums hanging around on the property. After one period of being gone for work I came back to find two bags of trash left on my front step and ripped open by animals, management took 4 days to clean it up. The dog next door CONSTANTLY barked every day for at least 4-5 hours - I reported it to management and they did nothing. There are a TON of roaches in the apartments - even after the exterminator allegedly sprayed. Loud cars are constantly driving through the complex at night. The only positive was that move out was easy.

this is the only apartment complex that I have ever heard of that will not work with their tenants. we unfortunately had a medical emergency leaving our income in half, while I am pregnant. I spent some days cleaning up the trash pile outside because the smell was making it impossible to rest before work. with all of the complications during my pregnancy, trying to work overtime to afford rent, and time spent in the icu visiting my bf ( he is since out and recovering), I became past due in rent by one month and they were/are fully ready to evict us in my 3rd trimester knowing it would just be me getting everything out (my bf being in recovery and unableble to lift anything heavier than 30lbs since his hospital release)luckily some family is able to really come together and help us pay this all before eviction and we can keep this 1 bedroom since it is all we can afford.

i moved into my apartment and there were about 4 things that needed to be fixed and the maintenance men worked around the clock to fix it in a short period of time.

No one ever came to repair the issue. It is still not fixed today as I type this review.

No not in the apartment but you could outside.
I used to be a tenant there and they take $500 deposit and don't return it to you no matter how perfect the place is when you leave
