They never have parking available in the visitors parking. They have connections with “In-N-Out Towing And Recovery LLC“. The tow company said they received a call, but the office said they never callled. Something is fishy. Move elsewhere! I’ve been towed several times this year. Can’t even visit friends or family.

If I could give 0 stars , I certainly would. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. On June 23rd, 2022 an apartment caught fire which resulted in all of the units in the building being condemned including mine. We were informed that my apartment didn’t catch fire and we would be able to salvage some items . We continuously called to figure out when we’d be able to retrieve those items and won’t being told “ we don’t know , but will contact you when you can get your items “ I never received a call . Service maser a 3rd party company called telling me I could set up a day to retrieve my items and they said were you aware of the apartment break-ins ? I had no clue , the office staff nor office Manager Heather Taylor never informed me . So today I went to grab my belongings to find out my apartment was one of the ones that was broken in , I went to speak with Heather Taylor she never once apologized instead she lacked empathy and told me how she had ZERO info and she didn’t follow up with the police department I’m regards to the Break-ins nor did she follow up with the fire department regards to the fire report . Also I had a garage in the complex and they made me remove all of my stuff within a week after the fire , 4 days to be exact . Also they terminated everyone’s lease the day after and gave me $400 back in prorated rent . Communication sucks , empathy sucks , overall care for tenants sucks. I do not recommend

Beautifully Flawed

Worst living experience ever I mean EVER !!! Was a living nightmare on 111 springview elms street in building 800 . Very loud neighbors I mean non-stop noise Monday -Sunday from day to night and having young kids should be no excuse for any obnoxious noise disturbance to point police is being called constantly because the parents can’t control their household … office did absolutely nothing about it !!! Kids randomly falling at random times during the DAY from the rising of the sun until LATE NIGHTS during school nights and weekends ,hard jumping you would think they was going to come through the ceiling to the point my cabients was shaking & rattling all you would hear is a BOOM BOOM , adults walking obnoxiously HARD like how is that possible if it’s carpet pretty much through the whole apartment , can literally hear an adult vacuuming 1am in the morning while little kids run wild . Days off during the week you can literally hear a kid running all day & it was no TODDLERS but very young school age kids it was not peaceful. Couldn’t even rest for work or sleep at night in peace it was constant NOISE you would think whoever lived there didn’t work it was ridiculous. They made so many excuses to the point it didn’t make sense & I guess we was hearing a ghost run through the floor from the excuses they started making afterwards I mean really. I honestly think they thought because we was young we was gone tune the obnoxious noise out and deal with it for the time being this wasn’t the case it was impossible . Also, Car got towed & was parked in the correct location & with parking sticker ! Again worse experience ever !
