Wish we could give 0 stars. On top of this place being a disaster with barely any amenities, we have been trying to contact this place for weeks and most of the time they don’t even answer the phone. They made us pay the full months rent for our last month, even though the lease ended half way through the month. We were told we’d get the remaining months rent back along with the security deposit by 3 weeks ago and they have still been no contact. The only thing this place does is scam you for money, save yourselves the time and money and look elsewhere.

If I could give less stars I would. Went on a tour was given false information. Told I could move in within two weeks and then I could not get ahold of anyone for weeks. Once I finally did they told me I was on a waiting list which I was never informed of. Then they told me I was approved for a place I was supposed to move into v8. And asked for more money.They took me for almost 300 and several weeks of my search time. They then refused to refund me I'm a single mom of two 300 is not something I can spend frivolously. Save yourself time and money and don't bother they are scamming people Um I did speak to Antonio and he refused to refund me the money you took under false pretenses. Seriously everyone don't bother with these people they are liars.

This place is such a fraud, rip off and scammed. They will say you have an apartment and then all of a sudden things came up at the last minute would told they just needed to do 3 spray for bedbugs in the apartment the last one was of the 26th of July still no call back about nothing so I called the property manager Mrs. Little tried to cover up for her but little do she knows until I told her I have all my documents and phone calls documents next step talking to my lawyer please be aware of the gates of summerville, yes we were approved but never got an apartment, yes that's right she was going to put us in another apartment but again more excuses or better yet lies after lives after lies, even scam people whose on North Charleston housing. I refuse to let this happen to someone who has a good heart be scammed by these people.... remember I have all my documents in order down to yall texts and calls plus evidence with the Charleston housing authorities
