Pool not open yet, room key gave out 4 different times, no cleaning service unless you request it a day in advance. Noise levels are high due to thin walls and breakfast area small and cramped.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the counter service was on par with a frustrated teenager at a McDonald's but full grown adults. The floor was very dirty. I let my son crawl on the floor while i dressed may a total of 10 minutes and his feet and knees were black with dirt. See photo. I highly recommend staying in a different hotel.

We had a great time there. The rooms are older but everything was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were right across the street from shopping and casino had a great time

Positive: The breakfast was great! They had more variety then I was expecting and the staff member that was doing the breakfast service was fantastic. Negative: It was very cold and windy when we arrived. We had two rooms and one room the keys wouldn¿t open. I went back into the office 3 times and the night auditor finally came and tried the door then finally gave us another room.
