Looking for a nice, friendly place to stay? Keep looking! Booked and confirmed a pet friendly room for 1 night. Arrived here and were turned away for having a pet and no pet rooms were available. No apologizes, no friendly customer service. Rude and inconsiderate! Look elsewhere if you can!

Car broke down on I-80. For some reason places were booked up. These guys took care of us and got us in a good room for a family. Super clean, beds cozy, quiet and breakfast was great. It does sit next to the railroad tracks but surprisingly the trains weren’t noticeable.

Positive: Spacious & comfortable room. Great bed. Clean & fresh. Negative: Poor pet area, no grass & no doggie bags so lots of turds in the dirt.

Except for having to get room key cards reactivated 4 times for an overnight stay it was great. Not the first time we e stayed at Fernley hotel & yet the key issue has not been remedied. Please have someone check into this issue - another couple just down the hall had same issue with key cards!
