The most efficient and effective DMV I've ever visited in my life. There is no wait if you make an appointment. This was not usually the case at DMA in another state - waiting for 2 hours then more wait was a norm even after making an appointment. The staff at the counter checks your documents so you have everything you need before seeing another staff at the main desk. The staffs at the main desk were also very efficient. I was able to get my VA license in 20 minutes! Yay!

Still long waits for no reason.... you don't have to write a book to give someone a number to sit down with ..

The VADMV site give you a walkthrough! Start here: https://www.dmv.virginia.gov/drivers/#eligibility.asp
I don't think so. You are old enough to get your license but they have changed some things. You should be able to go to dmv.now and sign in or sign up. They have alot of info on there.
Dublin and Roanoke have a DMV that are opened. Go to the DMV website and set up an appointment 🙂
I don't know her, but leave the poor lady alone. I don't see how she could be driving any worse than many of the people I see out here flying down the highway.
No
Idk why these guys are saying no for because I was up there 3 weeks ago to take care of my insurance verification through dmv. I never set up an appointment with them either and they took me in
If you pass you will pay 25 for your Lerner permit ID you will be taking a picture also.
I'm pretty sure they don't but maybe they are around the back or side where I didn't see but from what I saw there was no bike rack. I rode my moped but just parked in a space, much more difficult with a bicycle. They should install more racks more places honestly...
Go to the website DMV org.
Yes
Still have to have an appointment but they are a lot faster all the windows are open and you can get in in about a week
Must have appointment. You can schedule it online now.
Yes..
Definitely show up unless you get a call its very hard to get an appointment right now for the driving test
If you have an appointment with them for a driving test be there! If not you will have to reschedule and wait again.

No, they do not. I used my fiancée car and that was not a problem.
Deactivate online. I deactivated my plates super easy just need the VIN #. Go to dmvnow.com
I received emails confirming the appointment a week before the appointment
Go online to dmvnowm.com itll prompt you for the appointment schedule
I don't believe so. I feel like that has been closed for a few years.
If you already have a Virginia DL then you can do it on the website and pay the fee and get a new one. If it's an out of state DL then you have to do it in person at the DMV office

Yes, only with prior appointment they're taking driving test.
I took my Mom there and she was in and out fast. She made a appointment calling the 804 number. Also I made a appointment for My Husband and Grandson by calling our local DMV.They were a Big Help because I had trouble trying to get someone to answer in Richmond. So try your local DMV.Have a nice day🙂
I don't think so. I do know you need to get your name changed on your SS card first
Yes as long as you both are on the registration
The public can not call the office and more. You have to call and talk to Richmond
