I took my Mom there and she was in and out fast.She made a appointment calling the 804 number.Also I made a appointment for My Husband and Grandson by calling our local DMV.They were a Big Help because I had trouble trying to get someone to answer in Richmond. So try your local DMV.Have a nice day🙂

I went there yesterday and went in without a appointment, if it is something simple they will work with you if it's something that's going to take alot of time then they want an appointment. 👍❤🇺🇸

Don't understand your question. I did make an appointment for mid-june. Process worked well and close to on time. Only issue I encountered was that appointments are scarce. Was a 2 hour drive for me to go where there was an available appointment.
