Yes! We do replace rollers if needed. Of course, we try to clean the tracks and rollers and adjust first. If that does not work, we will discuss replacing the rollers for you.

Scratch removal in residential glass and light commercial applications is not a commercially viable solution. Basically, it is labor-intensive and not very successful. Furthermore, if the customer is not satisfied with the result, they are understandably not willing to pay for the time and materials invested by the glass company. Scratch removal and scratch buffing systems exist; however, they are typically only practical in warehouses, industrial, and on larger commercial glass projects. We specialize in glass replacement. We can, in most cases, remove the glass from the frame and install new glass. Your existing window sash will remain.

Most likely. However, if the mirror is glued to the wall, there is no guarantee that it can be taken down without breaking. If you can get the existing mirror off the wall, we will need the mirror brought to our shop to cut down. There is no guarantee that the mirror will cut without breaking either. We cannot be responsible if a piece of glass or mirror that belongs to a customer breaks when trying to cut it, but we always do our best to cut carefully.

If you use steam to fog the glass, you will see a tempered logo in one of the corners that shows the glass is safety glass. There are code requirements for safety glass as well. Consult with your local Glass Doctor for those requirements.

Hello Kalli. We can offer a glass replacement for your foyer window. That would consist of a new insulated window, inner pane and outer pane together as a sealed unit. If you are looking for just new caulking around the window, I would refer you to a handyman for that scope of work.

Hi Robyn. Yes, we can custom cut 1/4" glass to fit your tables. You can provide sizes for each top or we can send one of our Specialists out to verify all dimensions. We recommend the glass to be 1/4" thick and that includes polished edges. If you are measuring, please send us the width and length of the surface that you would like covered. Typical turnaround time is 1-2 days once we have all of the necessary information.

We have glass to cut for single pane and can fabricate double pain windows.
