Hello I have a one month old that needed a machine because he had RSV, I went up to the place of business and as soon as I walked in the energy was just off , the hey was so dry and off . The two females at the front desk name where Katrina and another lady I didn’t get her name !!!! So another gentleman came in the way they greeted him made me feel some way because I wanted that same energy when I came in as well, so my machine comes to me and I asked the lady how do I put this together the other lady beside her (blonde hair) replies and say “the instructions in the box “!!! I was so baffled so I said I didn’t ask that I asked how do you put this machine together fast forward this is just not a good place of business , I don’t know Maybe it was be my skin color That’s the vibe I got but I’m sure it’s other medical equipment places we can go too!!!!

I'd like to compliment the excellent service that was given to my mother by Jason Huebert. We've dealt with several DME companies before and technicians never seemed very knowledgeable about the equipment being delivered or could answer questions in reference to functionality, troubleshooting, and etc. Your techs clearly know their stuff. Jason was beyond patient with my elderly mother (who asked the same questions over and over 😄) was very detail oriented and seemed passionate about his work, made my mom feel very comfortable with her decision choosing this company. If I could give a 10 star rating I would.

Ezequiel (Zeke) Silva was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He was very patient fitting multiple masks to get the right fit and explaining how the equipment worked. Highly recommend CHME.

I got the VERY BEST service EVER from the amazing team at this business. They were FAIR and HONEST but also had so much COMPASSION for my disability. Their commitment to quality & safety for me WAS THE BEST! The whole team there has been wonderful and it was my pleasure to be their customer and not the other way around. I am located one hour away and will make the trip back as their customer service CAN NOT be BEAT. I am telling you cause I know. You know too if you are disabled how others treat you BUT NOT HERE.... It really is their pleasure to serve your needs, your safety and your concerns are their top priority. THEY CUSTOM FITTED ME FOR MY NEW CHAIR, not just ordered me a wheelchair BUT made sure it FIT ME for my disability. WOW::: that just does not happen as normal practice at most locations. They made many adjustments (while I waited) until I sat in that chair comfortably, it was sturdy and could get in/out safely. I mean several adjustments moving the seat down, arm rest up, foot rest down--- on & on-- cause each adjustment made something else move and they were not upset at me but wanted me to be secure in my seat. WOW.... I never had service like this before...They have the DREAM TEAM there for all your needs...It was truly my pleasure to be their customer. Big Mama loves this business..... You will too.......BLESS

Yes, they may be able to do much of the qualification work over the phone. Each person I have spoken with has been knowledgeable and courteous
