Edmund’s Oast was terrific. We arrived at 530 with a party of 4 and had a short 45 minute wait on the patio where we enjoyed some wonderful classic cocktails. We were then seat inside the large open dining room. Service was spot on and dinner was amazing. Recommend you save room for desserts.

Fancier inside more casual outside. Lots of covered and uncovered outdoor seating. Dog friendly outside. Food and drink were excellent and what I would expect to pay in Charleston.

There are several free lots to park in so I've never had to park on the street. This location is on the outskirts of downtown so much easier to find parking. Park off street directly behind./beside the restaurant in multiple small lots. This might be more difficult Sundays because there is a church there also.
The wait is longer on the inside. But even if you go to the outside you must scan the QR code for the menu, even for a beer. Also important to note, you cannot walk into the bar inside. Those stools are part of the wait.
