Wow, what an amazing experience, of course it was packed, but we got the last bar table/high top available. Nick, our server, was great, friendly, helpful. We ordered just the right amount of food, it all came out with perfect timing and was amazingly good.

High Cotton is top notch. It is everything you would expect in a nice restaurant in Charleston. One neat fact is that it is the restaurant in the movie The Notebook when Noah spots Allie years later with her fiancé when he’s walking by.

Our wait staff person Caden was outstanding, engaging yet professional and very attentive to our needs, he made the evening extra special. Food was excellent as usual just a bit noisy for a week night but to be expected as it was restaurant week.

As always!
They are a Hall's owned restaurant so you should be good!
Unfortunately there is no valet parking at the restaurant, but there is a public parking garage across from High Cotton on Cumberland Street. It is a dollar per half an hour. Parking meters are free on Sundays as well.
Yep. This is a classy place but it is in the center of tourist Charleston. You could wear shorts. If you were in the dining room you may be seated next to a table full of very well dressed business people... But basically, anything goes.
They have brunch time jazz! They're awesome
Be bold get out of your house and into a restaurant. Don't forget to tip and take care of the staff.
Dining in the bar area did *not* require reservations.
Yes. They have a few tables outside.
Mask were worn by all employees including those at the door and table placement was great.
Streetside parking is available. Municipal parking garage is only a few blocks away an easy walk
Sat outside so I'm not sure
Alba usually sings for an hour starting at 9pm
They have live music in the bar some nights. You can hardly hear it in the restaurant.
yes
Yes, live music but it is not loud, last time they had a blue grass band, it was rather enjoyable.
