As vice president of an architectural firm who has done a wide variety of commercial projects over the past 30 years, I can unequivocally state that this plant is completely out of touch with the construction industry. This plant has repeatedly provided false delivery dates and promises for electrical switchgear. The "EatonCare" group has intentionally and maliciously misled their sales team members over the past 6+ months. We are still awaiting shipment on gear, that has already been partially paid for, that was initially promised 6 months ago. They have revised the date multiple times without notification to affected parties. Are we supposed to believe that NOTHING has been produced in the past 6 months? Or is it just our gear?
