Currently living here and maintain refusing to fix air conditioning unit 3rd work order put in Thursday, they fixed another unit after 5 but did fix my unit.. called again fri morning and again leasing office lady was rude and said she will notify him again , came home and unit still not fix called after hour maintenance he said he knows the problem and will fix it tomorrow..tomorrow is now today and unit is still no fixed, then the windows in the apartment don't even go up all the way to even let air in

The amenities are nice. The Summits Apartments, which were previously owned by Stonemark Properties now Southwood Realty. Apartments have mold and mildew. Anyone seeking to reside here please inspect your unit before signing. Stayed here for 2 years and found mold and mildew throughout the apartment after signing lease the second time around. Clothes and property were ruined. Apartments need to be thoroughly inspected by property authorities before occupancy. Please Beware.

I stayed at the Summits for a year while attending USC Aiken and loved my stay for the most part. I loved the apartment complex and maintenance responded quickly. However, I am now a student at AU and applied to a new apartment in Augusta. My application was approved, but they needed rental verification first. My move in date was supposed to be today, but that’s not happening because of Ms. Tracy. She “claimed” to have sent it, but her tone and attitude on the phone really said otherwise. The apartment complex also does not have a record of receiving it. I’ve emailed and called multiple times and it’s either no response or a sassy tone. Now instead of just paying $175 for my security deposit, I have to pay over $1000 because they can’t verify my rental history. This is really inconvenient for me. Prior residents should receive the same respect as current tenants, in my opinion. Great place to stay but please give Tracy a training on customer service first or simply replace her. Lived here for almost a year love randi and chelsie. I highly recommend the summits to anyone looking for an apartment.
