Absolutely phenomenal florist! We lost a long time family friend and my mind was all over the place. I called Mr. Tom only two days before funeral service was being held, and all I could get out my mouth was "I need a really nice flower arrangement for a long time family friends funeral service, and I know I waited last min so I hope you may still be able to make and deliver a arrangement for us" He asked for the service information, told me yes he would absolutely make an arrangement and deliver it for us, even with such short notice. He asked me what I had in mind to have made and my mind just went blank, he obviously realized I was overwhelmed by grief, so asking a price range he gave me several ideas of perfect arrangements. We agreed on a spray and the main flower colors that he had recommended and then I just thanked him and entrusted him to create a beautiful arrangement... The service was today and when we walked in we immediately saw the absolutely beautiful arrangement he had created and delivered. I read threw the reviews for this florist, and all but 1 are 5 stars, describing the same caring service and top quality arrangements that we received. The one 1 star was not about the florist itself but talking about a personal non business interaction saying this man has no respect for women, rude manners etc. My experience with Tom and his services were nothing but the best, he was not only kind and respectful towards me (and I am a female) he went way above and beyond normal service's earing a lifetime customer from us, and we will absolutely recommend his florist to everyone.
