Burgers are excellent and although I'm a grown man, I really enjoyed the tater tots. Portions are huge and the service was excellent. Really in need of an update though. Let's the place down a bit. Don't let that stop you though, as the food and service more than make up for it.

Yep, I would think the same. We have had a generally good experience with them but we eat in. A whole different scenario. They seem to be good folks and I would think that they will make it right.
It depends on where in Summerville. They deliver to my house (in Summerville).
Staff meeting. Now opened. They are bad mutha cluckers but that takes training.
Don't do delivery, just don't. If you don't want to eat in just pick it up. The few times I have gotten delivery it took over an hour and 45 minutes (I live like 10 minutes away) and the food was beyond ice cold. Then after I called they sent me a new sandwich which took over an hour to get to me,which again was cold ofc..
