Room was clean, nice staff, need to sweep and clean up exterior. Stairwells were dirty, long term spider webs and cigarette butts. Otherwise, okay property.

Wonderfully nice staff, and management has done all they can with this 1940s inn to make it comfortable and modernized; and they keep it very clean.

the university inn was a very cost little stay! i stayed in a single queen room it was very clean, smelled nice. beds are a little firm but they give you nice pillows! plenty of towels, staff very kind. would come again :)

It is an older style hotel that still uses real keys for the rooms. It is a little run down and could use a little TLC but it has a charm to it I liked. The location is next door to Trader Joes and several other restaurants. It is just couple of miles from downtown Ann Arbor.
