We stopped in and tried to get some information about rooms yesterday. The front desk woman wouldn't say a thing other than repeating "we don't do check ins until 3!" At least 3times. Wouldn't say anything else!!!!! Glad this place was the worst possible customer service while we were dealing with our medical emergency!!!!!

Positive: Great location and clean. Negative: The lobby staff was unfriendly, bordering on rude. Additionally, they refused to print a receipt at checkout because I booked online, which made absolutely no sense.

The staff was very nice and booking was simple. The rooms weren't anything great, but they do what they are intended to do. The beds were actually petty comfortable.

I’ve stayed here a few times. It’s inexpensive but not “cheap.” Sure, it isn’t luxury but it’s clean, relatively comfortable, and people are friendly at the front desk. They don’t have breakfast but there’s always coffee available. Book directly via their website and sign up for an account.. they have VP+ discounts that bring the cost below what the other sites charge when you factor in the fees.
