All of the vendors are extremely nice, it's a fun place to sell your stuff. I've been going there for the last 6+ years on weekends selling items with my kids. For the most part the items we are selling are valued much higher then what we sell them for. The reason for this is that I want it to be a good experience for my children so they can learn the correct way to interact when doing business with the public. We always make sure we sell people quality items, and we never sell junk items or anything that has been broken. Lots of our items have never even been opened. Over the last few years I have noticed a major decline in the amount of people that have come out not only to sell their item's but the people that come there to purchase them as well. Every business goes through changes at some point and since I'm only there one day during the weekend, I have not seen or felt the changes much. The one thing I have noticed is that as the people stop coming to purchase things the price stays the same or has gone up for what they charge you to sell items there. So as the owners lose business by making their mistakes and people stop coming they penalize the people that come there to sell things. Now that doesn't seem right! But, I guess if your basically the only game in town you can make your own rules and if people want to play they are left with no choice but to follow them.

It's a great place to take your family. Great mexican restaurant and snack bar. There is lots of used stuff and people come to sell their stuff too. Yes there is new stuff, but a lot of it isn't offered at Wal-Mart.

I wear a mask at all time,. There are 2 signs at the entrance requesting people to wear a mask and I have hand sanitizer on the counter for everybody to use.

Not quite sure on that one since I've never rented a space. but you can inquire on the weekends there's always someone ther. I think it's around $20 don't quote me....🙂

Been many many years but when I sold there the table was fairly priced. During morning setup all the full time sellers make their buys from occasional sellers, often they will make an offer for everything at one price.
I believe it is $10 per day for a 4 by 8 table
It's $10 on Sat and $13 on Sun. You can reserve a table by calling the office also.
