This office is extremely inefficient. The staff acts as if you are bothering them when you make requests. I have diabetic neuropathy, difficulties using my feet and hands. I was told to answer questions on the tablet. I informed the young lady of my challenge and told her that I would need her help. She went off. No, I'm not, not my job......, etc. Less than professional {tre' ghetto}. They got some dude from the back to come out and help. Another time, I call to inquire about the nerve doctor referral from the home health nurse and I was told a msg would be sent to the doctor. Still no response as of yet. The pharmacist and I, both called to have my prescription refill approved by the PCP....I was told they received the msg on the 28th and he has 48 hrs to comply. But that time elapsed, it's the 1st already. She thentold me don't wait and run out of the medication {like I'm a child or something} and she will send him a msg. I've tried the secure messaging but they don't always respond. Its not reliable. The general work ethics and disposition of the staff is critically bad and not customer/patient friendly. I am a USAF GULF WAR VETERAN, I like structure and efficiencies.

By staying home when you or a loved one is ill and washing your hands regularly, you can help keep yourself and your children healthy.
If you think your child has RSV or bronchiolitis, it is important to keep your child hydrated and monitor for fever or shortness of breath. Contact your child’s doctor, who can test for RSV and provide recommendations to keep your child safe at home. If your child’s health situation is serious or life-threatening, go to the nearest ER or call 911.
Respiratory Syncytial Virus, or RSV, may appear like a bad cold to adults. For infants or young children, RSV can cause bronchiolitis -- a virus which causes swelling and an increase in mucus in the airway. This can cause difficulty breathing through their nose and eventually dehydration due to difficulty latching to the breast or bottle for infants. Other symptoms of RSV may include a fever or a very wet sounding cough, which can turn into coughing fits. Those coughing fits can cause a child to gag and potentially vomit.
