I wasn't home for a delivery and Wendy Miller went to great lengths to ensure the product was safe and protected from the sun. She went back to the shop to fetch a bucket of water and place the flowers in the shade under my porch. That's exceptional customer service !! 😎

The arrangement my Mom received on Mother's Day was stunning!! Lily's always goes over and above with her arrangements! For those of you who had a bad experiene I would suggest you think ahead and order early next year.
