this location is garbage. Just moved and this is the new delivery hub for me. in 3 days this branch has claimed to have delivered 5 packages (over $700 worth of stuff) to me and none of them have actually been delivered. Calling customer service feels like a waste of time, they just say they will open a case and then noone ever calls back. Honestly don't know how a company can be so incompetent.

Completely horrible and careless company. I moved last year and ordered off a website a couple times in the past no problems. This time they claimed I “moved” but really they just don’t look because they’re careless. Funny how they can deliver my mail with no problem; yet when it comes to packages “nah too lazy just going to skip them and make an excuse so I get off my shift early.” I know times are difficult for delivery drivers; but at least other carriers put effort and that’s why they have more respect. I feel like FedEx is just stealing people’s packages and opening their mail too. I’ve had some mail half opened when I received it.
