My husband and I down sized after retiring and bought one of the mobile homes here over a year ago. I love my home. It's perfect for what my husband and I need. The Park is well kept and a great feeling of friendliness and safety . With new management there is more organization than before. She is easy to speak too and you get answers to questions when needed. I am so grateful for our new home and community.

Hello. Lot rent at River Ridge is $460/month. Trash and trash cans are included with the lot rent along with the community amenities like pool, playground, etc. Water and sewer run an additional $45/month.
