The Clerk of Court has the technology, capability and ability to inform the taxpayer that they are not at the correct courthouse when the taxpayer pays the court and Marshall a non-refundable fee to serve papers to a defendant. Why would not one member of the judicial systems courthouse not inform the taxpayer that they are at the wrong courthouse? We are the tax payers that pay the wages for the clerks of court,....(am I correct?) Why would a clerk of court be disrespectful and rude to a citizen that pays his/her wage? Why would a clerk of court take your hard earned money for filing a case against a crooked contractor and then tell you seven months later that you filed at the wrong courthouse and your money is non refundable? Shame on the clerk that answered the phone on Wednesday July 27th, 2022 around 4:00 pm. An absolute disgraceful public servant that is rude, ignorant, and shameful!! Why could the clerk not ask the Marshal if the case was being filed in the correct courthouse? How difficult could that task be? The Richmond County Court House has stolen hard earned wages from a tax paying grandmother and simply swept it under the rug as though it is no big deal. The clerk that hung up on me is a poor representation of our country and our justice system. She knows exactly who I am referring to. You are a disgrace.

The Courthouse is beautiful and all of the people that work there are very courteous (from the deputies at the door to the people working in the different offices throughout the courthouse) and helpful!

The judge kicked me and my family oit of our home, we believe it was set up. We didnt deserve this, everything the plantive said about us was a lie. They need a better judge.

They were quick, I was in and out with what I needed.

You can call the clerk of the superior court....
Idk i just went ahead and left
That's hard to answer. It varies on case load and whether if it's a plea or trail. Also each case is different with evidence to be showed and defended.
