I ate at Ugalde's restaurant earlier this morning for breakfast. As always the service and food were great. I got the 2 pork chop breakfast meal. I really didn't like the pork chops because of the seasoning on the two pork chops. I still give the place 5 stars because me not liking the pork chop seasoning was a personal preference and nothing against the restaurant itself.

I went in to eat tonight, like I do every time I am in town. The atmosphere was very chaotic because of management. Kept waitresses in shambles all the time I was in there. Management was complaining about everything the waitresses were doing. I come in for the waitstaff and food. Well stopped back by on May 6, 2020 and was told by Cassie the waitress that I could not be served there anymore because I hurt the owners feelings by my previous post. Well it doesn't hurt my feelings because there are lots better places to eat like McDonald's right next to them. This is why we ran this narcissist out of our state. By the way sir, I did still Tip Cassie 20.00 dollars because she deserves it. If you want really great food with a really friendly atmosphere where the owner appreciates their customers, go to the point in Fort Wayne, Indiana everything is fresh great mashed potatoes, hand cut fries food cooked to order. Try it, it's the bomb.

Don't get kids meals there. Apparently they don't include sides and drinks. I brought it up when I was paying and the lady told me they only included French fries. Well that definately not what the menu says, and I was charged for all the drinks. Super disappointed as my food was delicious, but I will not return if a single child's quesadilia costs almost 8.00, and the sides run 3.50-4.00 a piece.

This place always has incredible food! The staff has always been friendly every time I go in there. They have a very large menu with a wide variety of food. I have never been disappointed when I have eaten here, which is often. Very quick service and excellent food! Certainly a Warren favorite!
