Everytime I go here my order is always messed up. This last time I ordered a Sausage Egg Cheese Biscuit... the lady rang me up for a Sausage egg Biscuit and added cheese...charging me 60 cents for cheese. when i tried to tell her that she made a mistake, she had a massive attitude with me and basically shoved my card back in my hand and slammed the window. she should of rang me up for a Sausage egg cheese Biscuit, it would of been cheaper and its literally on their menu. The manager was no help at all either, also had an attitude. ive also witnessed employees not wash their hands coming out of the bathroom and making food with no gloves. *i worked at this place and quit promptly after having to break rules that are health hazards.

Waited for 5 to 10 minutes in the drive through lane...nobody waited on the truck in front of us so we pulled out and did our business next door at the Marathon Convenience Store! Fast and friendly!!

Something new @ this McDonald's near my home: the order taker & the pickup window people & probably the rest of the staff are very very very polite! Maybe new owners or possibly NEW MANAGEMENT! There was a man there who used to YELL " THANK YOU" over & over if we didn't leave the window fast enough to his liking. We were checking out our order because half of the time it was wrong. We're happy he's gone & I bet the Staff is too!

Grew up in this town. Moved back almost 5yrs ago. So a normal stopping place for me.. This place does have its busy times. And sometimes under staffed. But in the mornings around 5:30 am to 6am. My food is always fresh and right. And drive thru moves pretty quick even when backed up. Mornings are always best time for this location. But if you're not a trucker lobby isn't open for you till I think 6:30am during the week.. Some mind this. I dont. Who wants to talk face to face without having their coffee first? Lunch and dinner is a hit or miss I hate to say. But definitely a shift thing. Seem the ladies that work the normal work week mornings are better with customer service and food preparation then the evening and afternoon crews. But I am sure the inconsistencies are shift turn over related. See more newer faces in evenings than mornings behind the counter. But been going here going on 5 yrs now. And even if they get it wrong. They make it right. If the evening shift could be consistent it would be 5 🌟
