Slow. Didn’t get a receipt at the kiosk. Multiple customers waiting to talk to staff to address issues. Waited over 30 minutes for our order. The only positive I can say is that it was reasonably clean.

Waited at the register for 10 min. Acknowledged once, but not helped. Others behind us used the kiosk. So we moved and used one. Kiosk did not give a receipt. So needless to say 4 others that came in after us got served, even ones that went to the register where helped and got their food before us. We went to the register again after another 10 min acknowledged again with I'll be right with you, then promptly ignored again. Then a number and order plopped down. I said we didn't have a number what is in it. Ignored again. So went to the bag and looked. Service is so bad. They had plenty of workers no excuse. If I could give a negative rating I would.

Without doing a lot of ranting… this McDonald’s is horrible during the morning hours. Went in around 5:30am. 3 customers total. 2 inside. 1 in drive-thru. 30-40 min. 2 cold hash browns and coffee 😡 This is not the first time this has happened… only in the mornings

So did curbside. They forgot the drinks, I said we had drinks too.. they walked off, so then we waited the food was getting cold so we said ok I guess we will go through the drive thru. Waited on 6 cars get to the speaker explained we did …
