4-star employees. The store and products are 1-star. Employees were kind and helpful. Got my watch battery replaced. Walking through the door felt like walking into an abandoned building that had been sitting for 15-20 years untouched. Products and boxes were yellowed with time. Lots of stuff missing. I’m shocked they stay in business. This is one of the last radio shacks in the world (less than 400). Interesting blast from the past.
