The receptionist / clerk answered and was very well spoken, lively (awake), and promptly to respond. With that said, the tech showed up at my home. He seemed to be very sluggish in speaking and getting his words out efficiently, which matched his sluggish work ethic / pace. After being in the attic and measuring things out, he then went out to the vehicle for what i believeto begin calculation. It took him over an hr, to include i witnessed him on the phone that one can see the phone was detering him from getting to the point of the calculations and measurement totals. He did step out and asked a couple of questions then went right back to the company vehicle. Leaving him more engaged on the phone then obtaining the numbers in a reasonable time. Honestly, i became so discouraged and waa already set in not wanting to go through and do business with this company. First impression is everything. Being a representative for the company and a sluggish demeaner made me feel that the company just as much backs it up. I was so disgusted at the time burned just awaiting him to move more at a steady pace with himself overall AND THEN calculations and then with (what seemed) his hospital induced morphined pace. It was unethical and unexcusable. He seemed to not have enough of a proactive drive, pace, energy exuded, motivating will to move forward and do his business. So so sluggish. His name was Johnnie. The 2 stars was for the receptionist only and even that was hard because i felt the technician overpowered any extra stars for my experience and review score. I kept checking to see if everything was okay. Finally, he said to me, "i will be out shortly to give you the whole count and total. I was so upset, annoyed and discouraged i said, "dont worry about giving me the whole disclosure. This has taken excessively long. I am discouraged. thanks anyway."
