There should be a option for 0 starts, this location isn't even worth one. Worst customer experience ever. The service team does not communicate with you at all. Waited over a month for my vehicle to be serviced, no loaner vehicle was given. Promises was broken. I came to pick up my vehicle on the 5th week and all of the issues I mentioned previously was not taken care of. Do yourself the favor and don't waste your time or money here at this location. Funny business going on here at this location.

I would actually give them zero stars if I could. They did not pickup my car for service as promised. You cannot get anyone on the phone and nobody responds to voicemails or emails. Additionally, the chat assistant was no help, clearly didn’t care and ended the session without helping at all. Absolutely horrible customer service
