First of all their were people there working but they were talking to eachother and not getting the orders ready.The manger was very sorry this happened.I feel bad for her.But nobody wipe down tables and the kit hen was disgusting. I hope we don't get sick.Health dept.needs to check will never go back.

We went here for breakfast this Sunday. Got there at 11:09am and were told that we couldn’t get a breakfast sandwich. Despite the STUPID rule to not have brunch items on Sunday, the knuckleheads there couldn’t even make a slight exception since we went there for breakfast. 9 minutes late here and they will shut you down. What a bunch of losers. I’ll NEVER go to Panera again!! Zero stars.

The food was good. Person at the register was very welcoming, and the people preparing the food were working hard. I enjoyed the food and all interactions. It all goes down hill after you get your food. They clearly had been busy at some point, because every table still had food remnants on them. Nothing had been wiped down. The place where dishes go was overflowing and awkwardly stacked. Keep in mind this was around 3:30 in the afternoon and there was maybe 2 other customers. But tables all had crumbs or soup splash on them, dirty dishes hanging on for dear life, and lids for cups were all over the place.
