They cant receive one lawnmower an hour before they close? When did people decide to stop working while they are at work now a days? Didn’t even care or have second thoughts that this 30 minutes would make a driver have to sit in his truck all weekend in stead of making it home. I told the lady that and she could care less since she gets to go home every night! What’s wrong with people! You lady are absolutely heartless! Thanks for absolutely not caring about OTR delivery drivers!

Went to the Piedmont location yesterday for a part after confirming with Debra they had it in stock. For some reason at most tractor places the people are rude and hateful but everyone at this location were pleasant and nice. I was very surprised and impressed. Customer service here was fantastic. Just want to thank them for being pleasant to people. Thanks
