Food Lion has it's ups and downs and I currently think it's in the down side. Seems like they're always missing items you want, produce section is empty almost all the time, deli isn't even open till 8:30-9AM so for extra money go to Publix

Yes, but you would not get the sales prices. They also allow you to buy just one of a BOGO item. You can easily apply for the MVP card- just ask a store clerk.
