I went in recently to try and buy a pair of basketball shoes for my 9 year old son. I went to the shoe section, and stood there looking at shoes. Multiple employees saw me/walked by and did not bother to greet me or help me at all. It was terrible. I ended up leaving after a significant amount of time of not being helped. Terrible customer service. I took my business elsewhere and will not be back.

After standing in line longer than necessary, watching the cashier chit chat with another patron while holding up the line, I question what has happened to good customer service all over the US. Tina charged me the wrong price for an item. She stated that she would refund the difference of approximately $50. Instead she refunded my entire purchase of several items, then asked for my card to recharge everything. Maybe I would have been ok with this if I thought she knew what she was doing but it was apparent that she did not.

Found what we were looking for without much trouble. Got no help from the staff. Overall they rate Three stars on this shopping adventure.
