What can truly be said, its a Cabela's. The store offered all the items one would expect from the chain at prices that shouldn't surprise anyone. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

What was the problem? Why did you choose Cabela's over a gun shop? This comment just seems odd to me... What was wrong? Did they not make it right, did you contact a manager? I've never had a problem with Cabela's. Anytime i go in the store they are very knowledgeable and well trained. I know a lot of hunters who use their store and never had a problem. So did you go hunting and still miss your target? You do realize that even a good scope doesn't guarantee you will hit your target....sometimes it's the operater.
Yes I believe so
Perfect, I've never noticed a dog there, but it will be a great place to bring my puppy for socialization when I shop
I don't think so but it won't take long to call
What does Adam Schiff have to do with this store?
You only have to be 18 to buy a shotgun i believe but 21 for everything else
Yes they do have it in stock
The staff is helping the customers that actually got their butts off of the couch and went to the store. The face-to-face customers are priority Numero Uno.
They do have a dumpstation. It isn't far from the RV parking itself.
Repeated dry firing with most firearms isn't good. I'm not sure how many potential people would be handling one gun and doing so though. Still, I've seen guns look used just from being physically handled so much. Take for instance the Desert Eagle, everyone wants to hold one and look at it followed by dry firing it... If it were my gun, I wouldn't be ok with everyone who came to my house doing the same. As far as the gun safety thing, blame the other idiots in this world. One could easily open a box of ammo in the store, pocket some rounds and quickly load a revolver while looking at it. Personally, I'm ok with the locks. I just took my daughter there to buy her first Daisy rifle. I can't imagine what would have happened if some idiot came in there and did what I described... Just not worth the risk anymore. Still, if the item to be sold was dependent on the trigger action. I'd personally probably come up with a way to do it. Like in another room or something...
Yes
I think they do. They have a huge about of hunting items.
Return on days when there is a good sale on items you want, otherwise some things are a bit expensive. That's what I consider a good return policy at least!
Yes, you have to be one of the first 250 people in line for an opportunity for to win prizes. Good luck!
No sir. And if they mount one for you make sure they tighten the mount screws and the scope rings. I had a buddy that they mounted two scopes for and both were not tight. At all.
