I left my Apple Watch at a local hotel while I was visiting for my niece Christening. Thank goodness the housekeeper found it. Left a great review for the hotel. However, they sent it to this UPS store on August 24 charged my credit card and I have yet to receive it! Where is it? The hotel suggested I call the store. Haven’t received anyone to answer the phone. I hope the hotel insured the package; all would be lost because all of that great customer service from the hotel will be lost by this UPS STORE!

I hate going here but it’s the only one close to where I live, this one skinny boy that looks like a snake with brown hair has a repulsive attitude every time I come in there he glares and stares at me with a mean look. Idk what his problem is but he is bringing this establishment with his evil eyes.

I had real bad experience at this place the other day, the women with red hair is so mean and disrespectful to their customers that makes me sick, the boy that was working there wanted to help but I could tell he was scary of her, he was shacking and nervous, she was very mean to so I decided not to use them, I went to another UPS store and they were amazing and so helpful! For you lady with red hair, be happy and find God maybe you will be less miserable! I won’t return here ever again !!

Can't handle pressure and very rude to customers. Very extremely rude.I go in there Friday 4-28 and the guy helped me return something to Amazon, he was so nice to me. Went in there Saturday the next day and a different guy was so rude to me and told me this wasn't Amazon in front of other customers, just right down rude. That was uncalled for. He spent a lot of time with the man in front of me and got himself behind.
