I was released from hospital following major back surgery and wanted a hospital bed so I could be comfortable in the family room. The company delivered and set up a brand new bed the following day. At a cost of only 125.00 a month, it was worth it. They are coming to get it today as I called to have it removed. Very responsive and friendly.

My mother had a stroke in May 2017. CVM gave her this company to bring her a walker. It is a piece of junk. We had to have them come out a few months after she got it due to brake issues and wheel issues. Now for 2 months I have been trying to get them to come out to fix the brakes again. Michael will call Michael will call...Seriously? After an emergency pace maker and in home nurse remarked that this is a fall hazard and she could break a hip. I have been telling them this so....today is my last call for Michael.....to contact me. Tomorrow is corporate in SC filing a complaint. I told them today if she falls and breaks a hip due to this they are at fault. I will NEVER deal with them again! I dare CVM to ever refer them to me again.
