Lobby is very nice, there is a large lounge/bar area that I wasn’t expecting complete with pool tables. The hallways are dingy, carpets dirty and stained, and it reeks of smoke. Our room is clean and the smoke smell is significantly less than in the hallway thankfully. Disappointed in the pool area. One of the reasons I booked here was for the indoor heated pool. It is completely detached from the main building, almost like it was an addition. Pool entrance is locked and requires a semi complicated code from the front desk (it was not given to us at check in). Pool was dark, no lights on at all and is definitely NOT heated as described. Not even a little. The front desk manager was noticeably absent multiple times and seen wandering around the exterior of the hotel, not super personable either.

Positive: The location was excellent. Staff was great. Room had been redone. Bed was very comfortable. Negative: You could tell it was an older building but they've worked to update. Elevator was slow and kinda scary. Took the steps most trips and there was a lot of humidity in the stairwell. Hot water lasted about 4 minutes in the shower.

Wish we could give it only half a star! Reserved our stay through a bundle travel package, with 5 flights we just needed one night. Found the hotel easy enough, wish we hadn’t. Ample parking and the clean bed linens were the only good things. Lobby is modern, but as soon as you turn down the hall, the carpet changes to rags that hasn’t been touched by even a vacuum in years. We grabbed a valet cart that was held together by duct tape in several places and headed to our room. Only one night we kept saying. Enter our first room that was supposed to be handicap and greeted by a spacious room with chipped paint everywhere, the phone and fridge do not work, black mold on the ceiling and vents and a broken non accessible shower. We were moved to another room and same issues with mold everywhere, the shower was broken there as well with rust spots on the tub floor. For “breakfast” they provide a variety of 3 single small sealed bowls of cereal, no fruit, sealed little one ounce cups of frozen juice, or one frozen mini breakfast sandwich with only a microwave next to you. Thank goodness there was a Waffle House across the street! People at night were nice but the lady that checked us out was rude and uncaring. The whole hotel stay was totally horrendous. AVOID!

Staying in this hotel was a nightmare. Everything was absolutely disgusting. The elevator was creaky, the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke and the carpet was covered in stains. In the room we stayed in, there was mold over the AC unit. There was black dust on the ceiling that may have been more mold. There were also stains on the blanket and one of the pillows on the bed. There was a giant hole in the wall of the bathroom where you could see through to the pipes. When I took a shower, the water kept randomly getting super cold. The security lock on the door was broken. Steer clear of this place.
