We went in for a cable and the employees were too busy complaining about a former employee not doing their job to help us find the correct cable for our vehicle. Then when I asked directly the guy at the register had a big attitude and refused to look in the computer to help. Ended up buying the longest, most expensive one to make sure it would reach but didn't need the extra length. Good scam guys.
